Anonymate is built on Nostr, a decentralized protocol. Public content (posts, comments, reactions and profiles) is published to independent third-party servers called relays, which Quest Studio Games does not own or control. Private messages are end-to-end encrypted (NIP-59) and travel through relays only as encrypted envelopes that no one but the sender and recipient can read. Some features, such as nearby chat, connect devices directly over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Quest Studio Games operates no central server that hosts, stores or moderates your content.
No Central Moderation
Quest Studio Games operates no central content server and does not host, store or moderate content published to the Nostr network. Content is created by users and distributed across independent relays we do not control.
User Responsibility
Use of the App is the sole responsibility of the users. Compliance with applicable laws is mandatory; each user is the only party legally responsible for the content they create or share.
Local Tools
The App provides tools to manage the experience on your own device:
- Mute
- Block user
- Leave live
- Report (local only)
These tools operate only on the local database and do not involve any manual intervention or monitoring on our part.
Limitations
Quest Studio Games does not guarantee:
- The security or integrity of transmitted content.
- The legality of content generated by third parties.
- Protection against inappropriate behavior by other users.
By using Anonymate, you declare that you understand the decentralized nature of the app and accept that:
- All content comes exclusively from other users.
- There is no form of central moderation or censorship.
- You are solely responsible for your interactions.
